You may use this website to learn about our services, request quotes, and book cleanings. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or abusive information, or interfere with any site features.

3. Booking, confirmations, and scheduling

To request service, complete the online form or call us. We will confirm booking details, arrival windows, and any special instructions prior to the appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients.

4. Service expectations and guarantee

Our trained staff use professional, eco-friendly products and proven cleaning methods to deliver results. Our team is insured and background-checked, and we only request payment after you confirm you are fully satisfied. If something was missed, we will return and make it right. 

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information at booking, ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, and remove or secure any valuable or fragile items prior to our arrival. If access is provided in your absence, you accept responsibility for giving safe, authorized entry to our team.

6. Limitations of service

While we strive for consistent, high-quality work, certain conditions (for example, extreme contamination, structural issues, or hazards) may limit the scope or timing of services. We will advise you if specialized remediation or additional services are required and provide a revised quote.

7. Liability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whale Cleaning limits liability to providing corrective services or refunding the fee charged for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
